Pop-up yoga classes at the Esplanade Riel Footbridge in Winnipeg Manitoba

Join us for a day of yoga in our most unique location yet!

Choose from an offering of 4 different classes with Rogue’s upcoming instructors— only $10 per class!

On December 14th, we take over the event space in the centre of the Esplanade Riel Footbridge for a day of yoga and a chance to explore a variety of our class styles & upcoming instructors!

(All classes are 1 hour)

9:30am - Vinyasa 101 with Matt Coppens

12:00pm - Vinyasa 201 with Gillian Grodzik

3:00pm - Vinyasa 301 with Jessica Ryan

4:30pm - Healing Vinyasa with Tanith Nelson-Zahirney

Take a look on our schedule for a more detailed description of each class, but our 101 series is foundational and slow moving. Vinyasa 201 provides an opportunity for a fluid and adventurous practice and our 301 is a wild adventure that promises to have you moving in new and challenging ways!

Cap off the day by sticking around, or returning to Healing Vinyasa! Slow and steady guides the way into deep relaxation as the sun sets.

As an encouragement to attend, share with your friends, and explore everything that Rogue Vinyasa has to offer, each class on this day is only $10! So book early, practice lots, and tell everyone you know.

Parking & Arrival

Classes will be held within the event centre located in the middle of the Esplanade Riel Footbridge, which runs parallel to the Provencher Bridge. The Esplanade Riel is a walking bridge only accessible on foot or by bicycle. To arrive by car, you will need to find nearby parking, and walk to the building located in the middle of the bridge (Manitoba Technology Accelerator’s Conference & Event space).

The map below shows parking suggestions on either end of the Esplanade Riel Footbridge, with walking routes to the event centre. You may choose to park within a paid parking lot at the Forks, or, for free on residential streets in St. Boniface. Make sure to plan ahead and arrive early to ensure you can land on your mat in time for class!
