Celebrate the winter solstice in a new space within the same building that launched Rogue Vinyasa!

Join Robyn Thomas & Noah Krol for a challenging, vibrant asana practice followed by a deeply centering meditation.

This is their favourite way to celebrate the auspiciousness of the winter solstice and we are deeply honoured to join them in this practice. Not to mention this Exchange District building is the same warehouse that launched Rogue Vinyasa!

This practice is an opportunity to dive deep into creative, self-aware brightness within, by honouring the dark void with which it radiates from and is absorbed back into.

This practice will involve 108 prostrations, or sun salutations. We recommend taking rest if needed, and listening to your body throughout this work. It is challenging, but available to all levels (except maybe the absolute beginner—don't be shy to ask us ahead of time if you have questions).
