Our classes have been curated to offer a diverse range of styles, to meet you where you are at.

Vinyasa 101

All levels

A foundational class that is designed for everyone. A reminder that movement does not always mean speedy transitions from one shape to the next, but a chance to move in a way that has breath and body united.

  • Our instructors invite you to explore the fundamentals in Vinyasa 101. There will be an emphasis on alignment, allowing you to build a strong, safe practice from the ground up.

Vinyasa 201

ALL LEVELS / intermediate

An elevated vinyasa practice that brings a fresh and invigorating experience every time you step onto the mat. Expect a balanced practice that encourages both physical and mental growth.

  • Vinyasa 201 is open to all levels, but may contain some more difficult postures that will inspire you to keep coming back!

    Our instructors create a safe learning environment while introducing more variety of movement and some more challenging postures to try.

Vinyasa 301

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

An advanced class that offers an opportunity to explore a wide world of yoga postures including arm balances, inversions, and the challenge of linking it all together smoothly with our breath.

  • Vinyasa 301 is open to everyone, but we recommend you attend a few vinyasa 101 & 201 classes to feel secure in your fundamentals.

    Our expert instructors offer personalized guidance to help you refine your practice and embrace new heights, while having their chance to explore what inspires them. Expect something new and exciting every time.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

intermediate

A classic yoga sequence that weaves a powerful connection to breath and movement as it mixes fluid vinyasa movement, with longer held postures that allow you to deepen, adjust, and explore without feeling too rushed.

  • Open to everyone , the structured sequence offers a way to feel and notice your progression.

     Our instructors will guide you through each posture with respect for the traditional roots that make ashtanga so wonderful, while also providing modern insights to enhance your practice.

Vinyasa Vibes

All Levels

A high energy class where a vinyasa practice meets the electrifying pulse of a live DJ. This is not just a workout, it’s a celebration of movement and music! An opportunity to do things a little differently… to go rogue. 

  • Open to everyone, a great opportunity to bring a friend and try something new.

    Our instructors will curate a unique flow and an experienced DJ will curate the soundtrack. Much like we link breath with movement, we now add music into the mix to create a one of a kind yoga experience guaranteed to get you moving.

Flight Club

INTERMEDIATE / members

So we heard you want to add handstands to your practice ? Welcome to Flight Club.

This class has a more casual atmosphere while still being challenging.

  • Our focus stays on improving our balance on our hands. So expect lots of time inverted and plenty of laughs with your neighbours.

    Our instructors help you set your foundation, and encourage you to FLY.

    Open to our members only. This is the space to both learn and refine your inversion practice. So some movement experience is helpful. 

Healing Vinyasa

All Levels

A gently-paced class that takes a restorative approach to the fluidity of vinyasa. This is your chance to slow down and restore your body & mind. You can expect slow and deliberate movements that support alignment and ease.

  • Healing Vinyasa is perfect for those seeking to rehabilitate from injury, alleviate stress, or simply nurture their body, mind, and spirit.

    Our instructors focus on breath awareness and design sequences that promote recovery, relaxation, and renewal. Gentle adjustments may be used to help guide you toward a place of balance and deep healing.

Deep Release Vinyasa

All Levels

A restorative class combining the gentle flow of a healing vinyasa with targeted techniques for myofascial release and trigger point therapy.

  • With the aid of specialized props and instruction , you'll engage in slow, deliberate movements that focus on releasing tension, improving mobility, and addressing specific areas of chronic tightness.

    Open to everyone, but especially beneficial for those looking to alleviate chronic discomfort, muscle tightness, or simply deepen their relaxation.

    Our instructors use their strong understanding of human anatomy to guide you through practices that enhance deeper tissue release and promote profound, restorative healing. We've got the props here for you !

Yin

All Levels

A meditative class with longer supported holds that offer us a chance to explore slow muscular stretches and a deeper release into our connective tissues. Leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and centered.

  • Open to everyone. Props including bolsters, blocks, straps and weighted bags are used to aid in support and help us dive into this deeper work.

    Our instructors will increase your knowledge on how to use the props available , while also leaving you plenty of space to explore your inner world during this slow but challenging practice.

Solo Vinyasa - yoga practice lab

beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

This class isn’t a led practice, rather a dedicated time for you to explore and deepen your own yoga practice "independently". Class time is flexible, simply show up within the hours listed to begin your practice and finish when you feel done.

  • Open to our members only. Some vinyasa experience is helpful.  A perfect time for movement instructors to come and practice their own unique sequencing.

    PLEASE NOTE - Our instructors won’t be leading a sequence, but will be available to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide personalized feedback.
