Vinyasa 101
All levels
A foundational class that is designed for everyone. A reminder that movement does not always mean speedy transitions from one shape to the next, but a chance to move in a way that has breath and body united.

Our instructors invite you to explore the fundamentals in Vinyasa 101. There will be an emphasis on alignment, allowing you to build a strong, safe practice from the ground up.
Vinyasa 201
ALL LEVELS
An elevated vinyasa practice that brings a fresh and invigorating experience every time you step onto the mat. Expect a balanced practice that encourages both physical and mental growth.

Vinyasa 201 is open to all levels, but may contain some more difficult postures that will inspire you to keep coming back!
Our instructors create a safe learning environment while introducing more variety of movement and some more challenging postures to try.
Vinyasa 301
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
An advanced class that offers an opportunity to explore a wide world of yoga postures including arm balances, inversions, and the challenge of linking it all together smoothly with our breath.

Vinyasa 301 is open to everyone, but we recommend you attend a few vinyasa 101 & 201 classes to feel secure in your fundamentals.

Healing Vinyasa
All Levels
A gently-paced class that takes a restorative approach to the fluidity of vinyasa. This is your chance to slow down and restore your body & mind. You can expect slow and deliberate movements that support alignment and ease.
