On International Day of Yoga…

We celebrated under the disco ball at the beautiful Forks Market. This special 2 hour practice was a celebration of yoga, both the YIN and the YANG energies.

Yoga to us means so much more than just the physical postures we practice. Derived from the Sanskrit word ’YUJ’—meaning to join, to yoke, or to unite—our yoga practice is a chance to connect our body and mind… our breath and our movement…

and to connect with each other… a collective experience with community.
