Rogue Vinyasa Yoga will be located on the iconic strip of Corydon Avenue — 823 Corydon Ave - Unit #7, Winnipeg, MB.
Our studio is located on the 2nd floor and is wheelchair accessible. Our studio space has beautiful open windows that provide natural light AND privacy. Our front door is right beside Cafe 22, you’ll need to buzz yourself in (making a profile and booking your first class will get you the code).
Free street parking is available on neighbourhood streets.

Rogue Vinyasa is not a “hot yoga” studio. We keep our practice space at a comfortable room temperature. For slower gentler style practices this allows you to layer and cozy up in ways that feel safe and nurturing to you. For quicker more vigorous practices this allows you a more authentic sweat and better access to your own strength.
“Hot Yoga” studios intend to replicate the heat and humidity of India where some practices originated. We find this heat can be too intense for some, making the body work harder, increasing risk of injury and complications with dehydration.
Our studio’s goal in regulating the temperature within normal limits is being more accessible to all. It decreases the risks of heat-related illnesses for our students as well as decreases the risk of over stretching and injuring the tendons and ligaments. Those with heart conditions, problems with dehydration and those with skin conditions like eczema or rosacea will find it much easier to integrate regular temperature yoga into their life. -
Our studio space will have a gender neutral locker room with lockers available to use (bring your own lock) alongside four private changing cubicles to change in.
We will also have one individual shower space and one full bathroom with a second shower available within the studio.
In addition, there are two gendered restrooms available up the hall, within the building’s common space.

We intend to offer a FULL schedule of around 25 classes per week, with 6 unique teachers upon opening. There will also be plenty of variety and options for every level of practice. Visit our Class Styles page to read descriptions of the type of classes we will offer!
