Join Matt for a traditional 108 Sun Salutation practice to celebrate the Spring Equinox, as well as the one year anniversary of Rogue Vinyasa's first pop up class.

Celebrate the balance of light and dark in this practice, both literally as we move into a new season, and figuratively as we prepare to move away from the construction of our new studio into the brightly lit space we are ready to call home! 

This class will include a live DJ, along with a pleasant warm up and cooldown... we are in fact doing 108 Sun Salutations! Yes you can absolutely do it!
