Rogue Vinyasa is a collective of humans who like to move differently. We believe that yoga is for everyone… and can be done by anyone… anywhere.
Our home studio offers a variety of movement based classes for those in the city of Winnipeg. We do this with expert instructors that value knowledge and community.
By highlighting the benefits of the practice of yoga and cultivating connections we offer a space for those to explore their physical capabilities, to cultivate a sense of belonging, and reap the mental and emotional benefits of this practice.
